Infrared Heater - Type 15275

An assembly of six infrared segments, which, when assembled into a single unit, create a closed cylindrical space intended for non-contact heating. This system is used for melting lead, where it allows for much higher temperature ranges than similar structures with metal tubular rods. The assembly of highly temperature-resistant shaped ceramic segments and robust resistance windings provides the possibility of dynamic temperature control with permanent use of the upper range up to 850° C on the spiral. Each segment includes ceramic insulation and an outer stainless steel casing. The designated segments are equipped with temperature sensors in ceramic housings. This heating system can also have wider use in industrial heating, where contactless heat transfer is required.
