Infrared Heater - Type 15289

Ceramic infrared heater in the shape of a block. Its working position is vertical so that the spiral paths are horizontal. It is possible to use individual segments, or to create rows or double-sided channels. It is always contactless heating. This system can be used, for example, for melting lead, where it allows much higher temperature ranges than similar structures with metal tubular rods. The assembly of only ceramic supporting parts and working resistance windings brings the possibility of dynamic temperature control with permanent use of the upper range up to 850° C on the spiral. The segment can also be manufactured in a version with a thermocouple for temperature sensing on the spiral.
