Ceramic heater - Type 15237

THeating element with durable ceramic elements wrapped with resistance heating wire. Ceramic centering inserts are placed at certain distances, which prevent the heating coil from touching the inner wall of the stainless steel protective well casing. This arrangement allows the use of high operating temperatures, in the case of oil hardening furnaces up to 1000 °C. This solution can therefore be used for heating liquids where is required higher operating temperature than in e.g. water tanks with a maximum of 80 - 100 °C. The outer diameter of the element is 48 mm, so it is intended for wells with an internal diameter of 50 mm. These elements exist in a number of designs, they always have a single-phase power supply, often requiring a lower voltage, or 1 x 230 V AC. We recommend horizontal installation of the heater.
