Cartridge heaters
Cylindrical heating elements with power connections on one side. They are characterized by high power in relation to their size and therefore require placement in a precise hole, with accuracy depending on the specific heat load. The most common shell material is stainless steel or brass. Diameters can be from 6 to 25 mm for high power load forged heating cartridges and from 10 to 54 mm for low power load cartridges. Lengths according to requirements, high-temperature resistant terminals, cable connection straight or perpendicular, with braided cable. It can contain a thermocouple and have a number of variants. Heating cartridges are certified according to UL.
